    We handle the design, drawings, materials, carpentry, painting and final styling. You deal with one team.

The studio

Run by the people who started it

We're a small studio in RMV 2nd Stage, North Bengaluru. Shubhalaxmi Agrawal does the design. Amit Agrawal runs the site work and makes sure things get built the way they were drawn.

Your home isn't passed to another team once the design is signed off. The same people stay with it until handover.

How a project runs

    Meet us

    Come to the studio or get on a video call. Bring your floor plan and tell us how your family uses the house.

  2. 02

    Layout

    We work out where everything goes, room by room, and agree on the overall look before getting into details.

  3. 03

    Design & estimate

    You see 3D views, choose materials and finishes, and get an itemised estimate to approve.

  4. 04

    Site work

    Our team builds to the approved drawings and sends you photos and updates as the work moves along.

  5. 05

    Handover

    We style the rooms, walk through the house with you and hand over the keys.
